Penn State Extension Office, 47 Cooperation Ln., Mill Hall. A five-session program for adults with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes and their families to increase knowledge on managing diabetes. Physical activity recommendations, meal planning and carbohydrate counting, healthy cooking, medications, and how to eat wisely while dining out. Follow-up session July 11.
