A course explaining safe food handling in preventing foodborne illnesses. Know the food safety risks involved in cooking for large crowds. $25 for an individual; $50 per organization (2-4 people), each additional person $5. The course includes a “Cooking for Crowds” manual, thermometer and food safety posters. Each participate receives a certificate of completion for attending the training.
