Jason Fitzgerald

CEO
The CEO serves as a key community leader who provides strategic and operational direction. This person drives fundraising, marketing, and public relations in collaboration with the Board of Directors, Partnership staff and membership.

Jason M. Fitzgerald graduated from Lock Haven University in 2005, where he earned a degree in Political Science with a Minor in Economics. Fitzgerald served as District Director for Representative Steve Cappelli from 2006-2008 and has served as President of Penn Strategies, a statewide grant writing and economic development firm, since 2009. He is a former Township Supervisor and member of the Williamsport Parking
Authority. Fitzgerald has been recognized by City and State Magazine as a Top 50 Pennsylvania Lobbyist in 2022 and appeared on the Who’s Who in Government Relations list in 2024. He has 3 children.

Director of Chamber and Tourism Marketing

The Director of Chamber and Tourism Marketing oversees all aspects of print and digital marketing for the Chamber and Clinton County tourism. This position plays a key leadership role in the community, working with local businesses, organizations, and individuals to promote Clinton County as the ideal destination for visitors and economic development. The person in this position works in tandem with the Chamber and Leadership Director and the Tourism Director.

Christopher Miller, a Lehigh County native, earned a B.S. from Lock Haven University in 2012, studying international business, education, and history. He taught high school in North Carolina and worked in Montana’s beverage and retail industries before returning to Lock Haven, where he and his wife Katelyn now manage their homestead. They grow vegetables, tend fruit trees, and raise two tuxedo cats. Christopher continues to write for The Record, supports their marketing business, Cross Life Ventures, and enjoys hiking, hunting, and fishing in Clinton County.

Megan Wheeler

Chamber & Leadership Director
The Chamber & Leadership Director oversees Clinton County's Chamber of Commerce Members and facilitates the Leadership Clinton County Program. Chamber Members take advantage of many networking opportunities throughout the year to promote their business and broaden their customer portfolio. The Leadership Clinton County Program is designed to create community leaders in our area by instilling passion for the county and providing resources for volunteering and collaboration in Clinton County.

Megan is a Clinton County native with a passion to work with businesses and leaders in the community to enhance and promote our county. When she is not working she spends time with her husband and two little boys on her family's farm in Clinton County.

Tourism Director

The Tourism Director for Clinton County, Pennsylvania leads efforts to promote the region as an idyllic destination for visitors. This role oversees marketing initiatives, develops partnerships with local businesses and organizations, and works to showcase Clinton County’s natural beauty, cultural assets, and recreational opportunities. The Tourism Director plays a key role in strategic planning, community outreach, and tourism development, ensuring that visitors and residents alike experience all that the area has to offer.

Melissa Dally graduated from Lock Haven University in 2007 with a degree in Recreation Management and emphasis in Community/Commercial Tourism. Melissa brings both academic knowledge and a lifelong passion for outdoor recreation to her work. Outside of her professional role, Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Whether it’s camping, skiing, paddling, or exploring Pennsylvania’s scenic landscapes, she finds joy in the same recreational opportunities she proudly promotes through her work.She is committed to fostering sustainable tourism growth while highlighting the county’s unique character and charm.
