Lock Haven ‘Opens the Streets’ for Business! - Lock Haven’s Main Street, from Jay to Vesper Streets, and Grove Street from Church Street to Main, is closed to vehicle traffic from 3pm Friday through 9pm Saturday, through September 26, to allow local restaurants and retailers to extend their business outside onto the sidewalks and parking spots. Restaurants offer outdoor seating and retailers have outdoor displays. City parking lots offer free parking after 5pm Friday and all day Saturday, and there’s free parking after 5pm at the Clinton County Courthouse parking lot. People can also eat at the City’s new ‘dining park’ located in the parking lot next to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church along Main Street.
