Hoberman Park Groundbreaking

Hoberman Park, 251 East Park St., Lock Haven. 3-4pm. The City of Lock Haven hosts a groundbreaking to kick off park improvements planned this year and next. Speakers from project funding sources will be on hand. 2023 improvements include the construction of a new skatepark, while 2024 will see enhancements to the park playground, pavilions, community garden, multipurpose court, basketball court, baseball field, parking lots and restrooms.
