Fitness assessment March 9, then classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays starting March 14. LIFT (Lifelong Improvements through Fitness Together) is an 8 week, in-person strength-training program. Sessions include an active warm-up, eight core strength-training exercises, and a cool-down. The program also teaches easy ways to incorporate fruits and vegetables into a daily diet. $60.
