Louis Anastos
President & CEO
In 2026, Louis was appointed President and CEO of CCEP, where he works to strengthen the local economy, support businesses, promote tourism, and build partnerships throughout Clinton County. Dedicated to the community he calls home, Louis is committed to helping Clinton County remain a great place to live, work, and do business.
Louis Anastos is a lifelong Lock Haven resident, business owner, and community leader with deep roots in Clinton County. For more than four decades, his family has been involved in local downtown businesses, fostering a strong commitment to the community’s growth and success.
Louis has been involved in the family owned businesses Stella A’s Bar and Grill, Texas Lunch Restaurant, and Anastos Brothers Auto Sales, he brings extensive business experience and a passion for supporting local economic development. He has served on the Clinton County Economic Partnership (CCEP) Board of Directors for more than 13 years, including leadership roles as Chairman and Vice Chairman, and is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of Lock Haven Board of Directors.
Melissa Dally
Tourism Director
The Tourism Director for Clinton County, Pennsylvania leads efforts to promote the region as an idyllic destination for visitors. This role oversees marketing initiatives, develops partnerships with local businesses and organizations, and works to showcase Clinton County’s natural beauty, cultural assets, and recreational opportunities. The Tourism Director plays a key role in strategic planning, community outreach, and tourism development, ensuring that visitors and residents alike experience all that the area has to offer.
Melissa Dally graduated from Lock Haven University in 2007 with a degree in Recreation Management and emphasis in Community/Commercial Tourism. Melissa brings both academic knowledge and a lifelong passion for outdoor recreation to her work. Outside of her professional role, Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Whether it’s camping, skiing, paddling, or exploring Pennsylvania’s scenic landscapes, she finds joy in the same recreational opportunities she proudly promotes through her work.She is committed to fostering sustainable tourism growth while highlighting the county’s unique character and charm.
Lisa Schropp
Operations Coordinator
Lisa Schropp serves as the Operations Coordinator, supporting the day-to-day operations that help strengthen the local business community and promote everything Clinton County has to offer. In her role, she coordinates events and community initiatives, engages with visitors and local partners and provides administrative support to keep projects running smoothly.
A graduate of Lock Haven University, Lisa has called Clinton County home for more than 20 years and has dedicated much of her career to serving the local community. Before joining the team, she spent two decades in community journalism and advertising, writing feature stories, working with local businesses and helping connect residents with the people, places and events that make the area unique. She is also a proud member of the Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven, where she enjoys giving back through service projects and community engagement.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading, writing, attending local theater productions, and exploring area parks with her dog, Vallie. She is passionate about supporting the people and businesses that make Clinton County a great place to live, work and visit.
Megan Wheeler
Chamber & Leadership Director
The Chamber & Leadership Director oversees Clinton County's Chamber of Commerce Members and facilitates the Leadership Clinton County Program. Chamber Members take advantage of many networking opportunities throughout the year to promote their business and broaden their customer portfolio. The Leadership Clinton County Program is designed to create community leaders in our area by instilling passion for the county and providing resources for volunteering and collaboration in Clinton County.
Megan is a Clinton County native with a passion to work with businesses and leaders in the community to enhance and promote our county. When she is not working she spends time with her husband and two little boys on her family's farm in Clinton County.
