'Fill the Bus Festival'

The Lock Haven Branch YMCA & Downtown Lock Haven Inc. host an end-of-summer festival. Vendors, children’s games, activities & chalk wars. Free. People are asked to bring non-perishable food items to help fill a school bus for the Y’s after-school backpack program (some of the downtown shops are offering deals for those who donate food items).
