“Friends of the Pipes” 2016 Recital Series
Great Island Presbyterian Church, 12 West Water Street, Lock Haven. 7:00 pm.  Featuring former area resident, soprano Rebecca Kellerman Petretta, accompanied by Jeremy Filsell on the piano.  The second in a series of four recitals featuring accomplished classical musicians.  A celebrated artist, Rebecca is the daughter of Paul and Barbara Kellerman.  Open to the public.  Tickets at $15 per person are available in advance or at the door.  The recital series benefits the pipe organ restoration project at Great Island Presbyterian Church.  Call:  (570) 748-2810

Lock Haven YMCA Loggerhead Swim Team’s inaugural Silver Districts/Novice Championships
9:00 a.m. start at Lock Haven University’s Zimmerli pool. The Loggerheads host YMCA swim teams from across the state for this championship event for 5- to 18-year-old swimmers. The Lock Haven University swim team is assisting with the event.  Call: (570) 295-4281
