RIVERFEST is sponsored by the Woodward Township Recreation Committee and held at the Woodward Township Boat Launch. There will be arts & crafts, games, food & live music. Saturday will have the annual Duck Derby and Cardboard Boat races.  On Thursday July 9, 2015 from 5pm - 9pm the officers of the Woodward Township Police Department will have a tent set up at the 2015 Riverfest for child fingerprinting and take home D.N.A. kits. There is no charge for the service and all are welcome.
Boat race registration forms are available at the Township Office at 86 Riverside Terrace, by calling 570-748-6871, or on the day of the race. Registration is open at 10AM on Saturday, races begin at noon.
