Northcentral Mountain Outdoor Discovery Map
If outdoor recreation is what you are looking for than this 6-county map is a must for your collection. This map will let you know where and what you can do in Northcentral PA. And if your tastes are geared toward hiking or bird watching, make sure to request the additional publications that highlight each activity in the area. And if you will be bringing along your children ask for the Child's Passport to Hiking or Bird watching. These publications have an educational aspect to encourage proper and respectful actions while taking advantage of our beautiful areas.
Valleys of the Susquehanna
A 10-county regional tourism initiative that celebrates the beauty and tranquility of the Susquehanna River Valley. Travel through quite farmland, to the university life of Penn State, Bloomsburg, and Lock Haven University. Visit one of the fine museums in the region to learn about the history of flying, the many types of buggy travel, and the early history of PA's military. Make plans for a long weekend-- you will need a few days to really appreciate the surroundings and the abundant opportunities to be found here.

Elk Scenic Drive
Contact our office for a free colorfully detailed adventure guide to 23 points of interest along the Elk Scenic Drive in the heart of the Pennsylvania Wilds. The guide promotes some of Pennsylvania's most scenic regions, rich with outdoor activities. The guide offers a journey through our natural wonders as visitors seek out the regal elk and other
spectacular wildlife in a natural setting. The guide outlines a 127-mile corridor passing through Clinton, Clearfield, Centre and Elk counties. Two state scenic byways - Route 144 and Route 120 - are part of the drive, which takes travelers through three state forests and three state game lands. The new guide and signs will steer people to unique destinations safely, and they might learn a thing or two about the culture, beauty and history of north central Pennsylvania as well.
