INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
The Clinton County Economic Partnership is interested in creating and retaining employment opportunities in Clinton County. It is the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development certified corporation to access Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority low interest funding. The Partnership is also the focal point for other state funding, including Machinery and Equipment low interest funding, Infrastructure Development Program grants and loans, and Opportunity grants.
The Partnership also utilizes other state and federal funding, as well as the Clinton County Revolving Loan Fund and the City of Lock Haven's Enterprise Zone funding avenues.
