EXPO was created to showcase Clinton County Business and Industry and the employment opportunities provided by those businesses and industries. EXPO gives us all the opportunity to take pride in the positive things happening in Clinton County. This event not only displays the wonderful things in Clinton County but also shows the ability of everyone located throughout the county to come together to promote it by the people who know it best. The individuals who make it run.
When the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce came up with the idea of presenting all the marvelous attributes that this county has to offer in the form of business and industry, EXPO was born. For the past 19 years, the Chamber of Commerce and later the Clinton County Economic Partnership, has planned and implemented the exposition with what appears to be an ease. Although, as the years progressed this has become an almost true statement, it could not be done without the help and expertise of our many volunteers.
The 22nd annual exposition of manufacturing, commercial and retail business, attractions and organizations is set for May 23 2007 in Lock Haven University’s Student Recreation Center from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. There is no admission or parking fee. Everyone is invited to come and see the quality businesses and organizations that your Central Pennsylvania region has to offer. EXPO 2007 is sponsored by the Clinton County Economic Partnership in cooperation with Lock Haven University.
Registration forms will be mailed the middle of February to Partnership members and non-partnership members who exhibited last year and had a physical location in the County.
Other potential exhibitors who are not Partnership members and would like to receive a registration form must have a physical location for their business in Clinton County. For more information contact the Partnership at (570) 748-5782.
