PFBC National Hunting & Fishing Day

The National Hunting and Fishing Day program provides opportunities for families to participate in fishing activities including on-water fishing with the Pennsylvania Fishing and Boat Commission (PFBC) and fly-casting with members of the Spring Creek Chapter of Trout Unlimited. Families are also introduced to conservation by building fish habitat structures for the lake with PFBC’s Division of Lake Habitat staff. Participants can test their shooting skills with an archery course offered by the 4-H Youth Development Program. All equipment provided and no fishing or hunting license is needed to participate.
