Full Body Health and Fitness Anniversary Celebration

In celebration of their third anniversary, Full Body Health and Fitness hosts a weight lifting competition. Participants compete in three different weight events including squat, bench press and deadlift, to achieve either a total weight of 500lbs, 1,000lbs, or 1,500lbs.
