Dining with Diabetes Course

 A five-session (June 7, 14, 21, 28 & September 13) program for adults with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes and their families that increases knowledge of healthy food choices and diabetes management. Healthy meal planning, food demonstrations, class discussions, and new physical activity choices. A follow-up session is held September 13. $10. Registration required by June 1.
